Coming from a humble middle-class family, I started my career as a Helper, taking on every challenge with determination and a desire to build a better future. Through years of commitment, discipline, and continuous learning, I progressed through various roles, including Camp Boss, Camp In-Charge, Supervisor, and Workforce Coordinator.

Over the last 10 years, I have gained extensive experience in manpower supply, workforce management, labor operations, and client relations across the UAE. This journey allowed me to build strong professional relationships with leading companies and develop a deep understanding of the manpower industry.
